ProAlign, the advanced alignment program, adds multiple measurement options including manual and automatic modes.

ProAlign has a Quick Spec option that works with any selected shaft alignment method to provide a quick means to check the tolerance of the current machine alignment. If the alignment is not acceptable, the user can provide additional information and proceed with a normal alignment.

UltraSpec also provides powerful tools. Advanced soft foot detection helps to identify distortions in the machine frame as a pre-alignment check. Invalid data generates a user alert indicating potential mechanical problems, such as severe bearing wear, looseness, or shaft rubs, so the overall machine condition can be addressed while it is out of operation.
